Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and schedule housekeeping staff efficiently
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety measures
• Perform inspections to uphold cleanliness standards
• Address maintenance issues and guest concerns
• Maintain records of supplies and room statuses
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or similar role
• Clean It Right certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for long durations
