You will play a vital role at the Squamish Emergency Department, addressing around 20,000 patient visits annually. The position requires not only acute care provision but also covers inpatient units and long-term care services. Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to emergencies in a fast-paced, 13-bed facility
• Work effectively alongside physicians and healthcare teams
• Handle a mixed schedule of night, weekend, and day shifts




• Provide urgent care support for hospital inpatients
• Engage in ongoing career development and training

Requirements:
• Must have full licensure with the CPSBC and CCFP
• Experience or training in Emergency Medicine necessary
• ACLS certification is mandatory; ATLS preferred
• Local residency preferred for urgent calls
• Five or more years’ experience in rural settings favored
