About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.

- Document network configurations, procedures, and support activities.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills for remote user support.
