Who We're Looking For

- Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals with a minimum of 2 years in retail automotive sales, finance, or leasing.
- Self-motivated closers who are customer-focused and relationship-driven.
- Team players with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.




- Individuals comfortable with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and build brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer needs analysis, present suitable vehicles, and deliver exceptional buying experiences.
- Manage test drives, negotiations, and complete all sales documentation accurately and compliantly.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Actively engage with leads and use social platforms to support marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a professional showroom and high standards.

Requirements

- 2+ years of Automotive Sales experience (required)
- Valid Manitoba Driver's Licence
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Skilled appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Compensation: $46,000 - $115,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (In-person)
