SKILLS REQUIRED

- Strong expertise in IBM FileNet IER, with Subject Matter Expert (SME)-level knowledge.
- Hands-on experience implementing Legal Hold and Data Purge/Disposition solutions within FileNet environments.
- Proven experience in system design, architecture, integration, configuration, and implementation of FileNet solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management, records management, retention policies, and compliance workflows.
- Experience integrating FileNet IER with enterprise applications, databases, and downstream systems.
