Key Responsibilities: • Focus on a small number of primary care patients • Establish robust relationships to support patient wellness • Utilize same-day testing for quick insight and guidance • Collaborate with Medcan’s referral team for treatment plans • Participate in ongoing education and team initiatives

Requirements: • Registration in good standing with CPSO • Current OHIP billing number • CCFP, CCFP (EM), or FRCPC designation required • Preferable experience in wellness and preventive care • Availability for a minimum three-day work week
