As a Senior Analyst, Tax (Research & Development and Government Incentives) your responsibilities will include: Prepare complex SR&ED; claims and coordinate with cross-functional client teams to gather all required costing information. Collaborate with technical teams to identify eligible expenditures and streamline the claim preparation process. Build and maintain solid client relationships; lead eligibility meetings and oversee financial components, including costing summaries and completion of SR&ED; schedules in corporate tax returns. Provide guidance on SR&ED; tax credits and related legislation, staying current on program updates and policy changes. Assess client business processes and financial structures to improve compliance and maximize available tax credits. May represent clients during CRA and provincial reviews, prepare documentation packages and responses. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity . The current salary range for this role is $70,100–$96,450 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
