Join the manufacturing sector as a Maintenance & Reliability Planner in Charlottetown, PEI. This full time position focuses on enhancing equipment safety and efficiency through coordinated maintenance planning.

As a Maintenance & Reliability Planner, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring all procedures meet compliance and safety regulations. Collaborating with various teams, you will identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement effective maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage preventative maintenance plans in CMMS
• Prioritize maintenance tasks with technical teams
• Analyze performance data for consistency and reliability




• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts
• Establish vendor relationships for maintenance resources

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is preferred
• Robust Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting capabilities
• Red Seal certification or engineering background is advantageous
