CDW Canada Corporation is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst (L2) to join our Security Operations Centre in Canada. You will monitor security events from SIEM, SOAR, tickets, email, and phone, triage, respond, and escalate to senior analysts or customers as needed.
You will perform security investigations, incident analysis, and contribute to evaluating and troubleshooting security solutions, ITIL-aligned incident/change management, and ongoing protection with EDR/XDR, NGFW, and TIP platforms.
