As a Co-op Accounting Student at MNP, you'll engage in a professional setting dedicated to exceeding client expectations. Focus on developing expertise in areas such as bookkeeping, audits, and tax while applying your knowledge of accounting principles like IFRS and GAAP. Collaborate in teams to provide clients with insightful financial assessments and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and apply various accounting techniques
• Set up files for current clients and businesses
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Prepare profitability and financial reports
• Provide support for audit evidence evaluation
Requirements:
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or commerce
• Interest in CPA Skilled Education Program requirements
• Previous office accounting experience preferred
• Experience in client service seen as beneficial
• Comfort with accounting and tax software is an asset
