As the Configuration & Data Management Manager, you will cultivate and guide a specialized engineering team to ensure effective configuration management. Partnering with diverse teams, you will oversee critical audits, implement governance processes, and drive technical improvements for a seamless operation in vessel construction. This pivotal role will enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop policies, standards,
and Configuration Management Plan • Conduct configuration audits to uphold compliance • Maintain Configuration Management tools and systems • Drive digital transformation for configuration control • Build and manage effective team strategies and development
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering • Minimum of 10 years' experience in marine design leadership • Solid understanding of configuration standards • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Must be eligible for Security Clearance
