We currently have an opportunity for an Agronomic Solutions & Innovation Specialist to join our Divisional Office located in Richardson, SK. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting Richardsons Agronomic Solutions initiatives, digital agriculture tools, training, and stewardship initiatives while helping drive innovation product development.

Responsibilities

- Support Agronomic Solutions initiatives, including the coordination of trial summaries, agronomic trends, and related communication for internal network
- Assist with creating,



formatting and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Support the adoption and training of digital agriculture tools
- Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to support the business
- Coordinate events, tours, training sessions, and surveys
- Work with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on key projects and initiatives

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in agriculture, with a background in sales, marketing, and/or communications
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture required; Business, Communications, or related field is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open-minded and eager to learn recent technologies and industry trends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, or digital agriculture tools is an asset
