Advance the PMO framework with discipline and transparency
Direct the alignment of OE initiatives with strategic goals
Lead regular reviews to assess initiative health and risks
Implement CI programs to deliver lasting improvements
Coach and empower staff to adopt Lean methodologiesRequirements:
Post-secondary education in engineering or business
7+ years in a CI or Senior Operational Excellence role
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Proven experience in cross-functional coaching
