Join Oxford Learning Richmond Hill South as a part time Math and Science Tutor committed to student success. This role focuses on elevating high school students’ understanding of mathematics and scientific concepts.
You will tutor students from Grades 9-12, emphasizing coursework in advanced functions, trigonometry, calculus, and other disciplines. This in-person role at our Richmond Hill center requires availability during evenings and some weekends starting February 2026. Your background in math and science, paired with strong communication skills, will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach varying levels of math and science to three students at a time
• Implement Oxford Learning’s instructional philosophy
• Record detailed post-lesson notes for each student




• Send daily communication updates about student progress
• Maintain a supportive and positive learning atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in a relevant field
• Experience in teaching or tutoring high school subjects
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of high school curriculum
• Ability to manage teaching multiple students at once
