Job Title: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Bedford, NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by safely operating a forklift, moving materials, organizing inventory, and assisting with order picking, packing, and shipping duties.

This role requires someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable performing both forklift operation and general warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials
Complete pre-shift inspections and routine safety checks on the forklift
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming materials and supplies
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Stack, sort, and maintain organized warehouse inventory




Move and stage product throughout the warehouse as required
Maintain a clean and protected work area
Follow company safety procedures and workplace protocols
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements
Valid forklift operator certification required
Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or distribution workplace required
Previous warehouse experience considered an asset
Able to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
CSA-approved safety boots required
