Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the retail environment.




Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that enhances the shopping experience.
Implement effective time management strategies to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a retail or sales workplace with a focus on customer service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership roles.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions.
