Lead and inspire in a registered nurse clinical mentor role within long-term care. This position offers an exciting chance to utilize your nursing skills for mentorship.As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), you will guide your colleagues in delivering top-notch resident care. Your clinical experience will be critical in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will help implement strategies that focus on individual resident needs.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of resident care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
Provide mentorship and nurse training
Maintain a focus on resident and family-centered care
Uphold nursing practice standards set by BCCNMRequirements:
At least 3 years of recent experience in long-term care
Valid registration with BCCNM
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Familiarity with nursing sciences and ethics
