Job Duties
Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
Ensure food services meeting quality standards
Evaluate the ingredients and materials needed for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit cost reports
Supervise and check delivery of food orders
Schedule work shifts for employees
