Establish and maintain high safety standards at work
Oversee the TMF Manual and Emergency Response Plans
Produce and manage metallurgical balances and data




Optimize processes based on production trends
Mentor and train plant personnel on industry standardsRequirements:
Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering or related fields
Registration as Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) required
PMP Designation is a plus
Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial experience
