This strategic role also involves mentoring the UX Research team while applying advanced research methodologies for informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct user research initiatives across product lines
Execute mixed-methods research to address design queries
Manage and improve the performance of UX Researcher reports
Define project scopes and recommend resourcing assignments
Coordinate participant recruitment and track research sessionsRequirements:
5+ years of qualitative and quantitative research experience
Master’s degree in social science, human factors, or similar
