Job Summary

Responsible for supervising tour guides, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences in a quick-paced tourism setting.

Main Duties
Supervise and coordinate tour guides and staff
Train, coach, and evaluate employees
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Coordinate scheduling and logistics
Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Participate in tours when required
Report operational updates to management

Employment Requirements
Secondary school required
1–2 years experience in tourism or hospitality
Supervisory experience preferred




Solid communication and leadership skills

Work Conditions
Outdoor work in extreme weather (−30°C or below)
Evening and night shifts required
Physically active role

Languages
English required
Additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese) are assets

Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license Class 4 preferred
First Aid/CPR certification an asset
