Key Responsibilities:



• Participate in health and safety initiatives to ensure site safety • Help develop and maintain ERM Framework documentation • Document standardized governance processes for risk treatment • Assist with ERM system evaluation and data preparation • Support training program development and materials

Requirements: • Pursuing a degree in Business or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Analytical mindset for data quality issues • Self-motivated with project management skills • Robust communication skills for complex ideas
