We are seeking a goal driven, customer focused, Wireless Team Member to join our team. A part time chance is available.

Responsibilities
Proactively engaging with current and existing customers in-store, by phone, and online to drive sales.
Promoting wireless and home services with confidence and enthusiasm.
Completing wireless activations, upgrades, and in-home services with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, but will train the right candidate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.
Motivated by performance-based rewards and excited by the chance to earn commissions and bonuses.




Tech-savvy & eager to stay current on the latest wireless and home service products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
Proficient with computer systems including MS Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word), experience with iQmetrix is an asset.
Due to the nature of the business, there may be times when team member is required to work alone.
Flexible availability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
