In this role, you will work under the Active Living Manager to plan and implement enriching programs for our residents, ensuring a supportive and enjoyable workplace. Ideal candidates will have a college diploma in Recreation or a related field, coupled with experience working with seniors. Daily responsibilities include maintaining thorough program records and effectively communicating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help organize and facilitate engaging resident programs
• Record assessments and evaluations of activities




• Communicate information about events to residents and families
• Assist residents during scheduled outings
• Support with daily meal services and activities
Requirements:
• Required diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or equivalent
• Prior experience with seniors is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for resident transport needed
