OSI Electronics is actively hiring an SMT Operator for the PFC Versatile Circuits division. This role requires you to operate and monitor various SMT equipment efficiently while ensuring all assemblies adhere to quality standards. Your proficiency will help maintain production flow and spot any abnormalities in the processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and verify programs for pick-and-place units
• Set up SMT stencil printers, aligning to specifications
• Operate inspection equipment for quality control
• Manage solder paste conditions and print quality
• Document findings and communicate issues to engineering
Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior SMT line experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with assembly instructions and BOMs
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
