Job description

The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with strong research, drafting, writing skills, and advocacy. The candidate must have a comprehensive grasp of the current legislation around divorce, family law, and child protection matters.

- Ability to handle a high volume of work.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, and DivorceMate.
- Strong work ethic, file management, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt communication style, as necessary,



when communicating with clients and other team members.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple files. Accordingly, strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid work ethic, intelligence, integrity, and mindfulness.
- Must be resourceful and possess a professional attitude.

Expected start date: ASAP

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Commission Based: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification: Member of the Law Society of Ontario, in good standing. (required)
