Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist customers in a professional manner Create and maintain organized customer files and records Check-in vehicles being dropped off for repair work Assist shop manager as necessary (i.e., customer calls, vendors)



Assist with coordination of parts orders and returns Follow up with insurance companies on claims and payments Perform payroll tasks as needed Data entry and input invoices Provide general administrative support as needed Maintain a skilled appearance and a neat work area Qualifications:

One year or more in auto body or automotive industry preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Positive and professional demeanor Experience with BodyshopConnect or other industry-specific repair management systems an asset Position Details:

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Competitive wage based on experience Company benefits plan available after probation
