Qualifications
Experience creating engaging content for social media, either professionally or through a strong personal portfolio.
University degree or College diploma preferred but not required
Strong photography, videography, video editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with the confidence to independently identify content opportunities.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel between dealership locations and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
Responsibilities
Content Creation : Capture and produce engaging photo and video content featuring our vehicles, customers, employees, dealership culture, community involvement, promotions, and special events. Create content that entertains, informs, and builds excitement around the Township brand.
Creative Storytelling: Bring ideas to life through short-form and long-form video, compelling photography, graphics, captions, and creative campaigns that strengthen our online presence and connect with our audience.
Social Media Execution: Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Content Planning: Work closely with dealership leadership and the Digital Marketing Manager to execute monthly content calendars while staying flexible enough to capitalize on trending topics, seasonal campaigns, inventory arrivals, and community events.
Brand Growth: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to continuously improve performance, increase engagement, and expand our online reach.
Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with employees across all dealership departments to uncover authentic stories and create content that highlights the people behind the Township brand.

$22-$26 per hour based on experience.
Full-time position (40-44 hours per week).
Personal days and sick leave.
Vacation as per Provincial Guidelines.
