17227 Join a large-scale Health & Dental transformation initiative focused on operational excellence and sustainable delivery outcomes. This role leads operational workstreams across roadmap management, governance, risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement within a complex insurance environment. The Program Manager will collaborate with business, technology, operations, and architecture teams to align operational processes with scalable solutions and regulatory standards. The opportunity supports a high-visibility transformation program within a large enterprise environment. Location: Toronto/Hybrid - 3 days a week on site Duration: ASAP until 11/10/2026 - likely be extended 6 months Must-Have Skills 7+ Years of Program/Project management experience Familiarity with project management tools and documentation standard Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream operational programs Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting automation initiatives and operational transformation. Nice-to-have Skills Proven ability to work in complex, rapid-paced environments with evolving priorities. Exposure to operating model design, organizational change, or large-scale operational growth is strongly preferred. Comfortable working hands-on and strategically, with the ability to move between detail and big-picture thinking.
Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery of operational workstreams within scope, budget, and timeline targets Develop and maintain integrated operational roadmaps and status updates Identify operational efficiency opportunities and implement process improvements Track operational risks and develop mitigation strategies across teams Lead operations governance forums and provide updates to leadership stakeholders Collaborate with Business PMO, Tech PMO, and Architecture teams on operational alignment Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and operational performance metrics Our insurance client is seeking a
