In this newly created role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director while providing crucial expertise on grievances and collective bargaining. Your contributions will significantly impact union growth and the professional development of elected leaders in Saskatchewan. You will foster collaborative relationships that are key to the Society's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



• Advise members on workplace issues and grievances • Research and advocate for labour arbitration cases • Develop trusted relationships with Local leaders and members • Strengthen leadership through mentoring of elected officials • Assist in collective bargaining and dispute resolutions

Requirements: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree • Minimum of five years in labour relations • Proven experience in labour arbitration preparation • Solid understanding of labour legislation and union operations • Passion for member advocacy and labour movement
