Position Summary

The Server is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience through attentive, qualified food and beverage service. This role represents the Restaurant to guests and plays a key role in maintaining service standards, teamwork, and operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and skilled manner
Present menus and provide accurate information on menu items and features
Take food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly

Food & Beverage Service
Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards
Sell and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing requirements
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns appropriately

Payment & Service Flow
Handle customer payments accurately and responsibly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service




Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Teamwork & Standards
Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members
Adhere to service, conduct, and appearance standards
Participate in tip-out and gratuity procedures as outlined in policy

Certifications
ProServe certification required where applicable
Food Handling Certification may be required

Working Conditions
Standing and walking for extended periods
Carrying trays and service items
Quick‑paced, customer‑facing environment
