Join the University of Calgary as a Research Assistant focused on psychiatry research. This role offers an opportunity to engage in clinical trials, participant interaction, and data management.
Working closely with the Principal Investigator, you will be involved in collecting data from human subjects while adhering to established guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include literature reviews and preparation of supportive research documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing experiments under the PI's supervision
• Collect and manage psychophysiological data and samples
• Interact respectfully with study participants
• Conduct literature reviews for scholarly publications
• Ensure compliance with established research guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or MSc in relevant field preferred
• Proven experience in neuroscience or psychology research
• Knowledge of Health Canada regulations necessary
• Completion of clinical trial training required
• Robust communication and teamwork skills essential
