- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor / Estimator to oversee renovation projects and prepare accurate project cost estimates.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onsite activities, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet established timelines, budgets, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee renovation projects from start to finish.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project scope, requirements, and challenges.
- Prepare detailed estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings,



and project specifications to develop cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to align expectations and project goals.
- Manage onsite activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Adjust estimates and project plans as required based on changes to project scope or requirements.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or project estimation.
- Strong estimating skills with the ability to prepare and present detailed cost analyses.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with construction software and estimating tools is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commercial construction experience is preferred.
