In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is actively hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to assist clients with daily living tasks and provide companionship. This role allows you to make a real impact with your caring approach while enjoying adaptable shift options, from 4-hour to 12-hour blocks based on client needs. Robust communication and compassionate care are key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily living tasks
• Ensure safe mobility and conduct transfers properly




• Perform light cleaning to create a secure environment
• Cook and serve meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Provide medication reminders and assist with care documentation
Requirements:
• Valid PSW Certificate required
• Minimum 1-year caregiving experience necessary
• Required CPR/First Aid certification
• Preferred training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches
• Ability to document care via mobile devices
