You will be the primary owner of the Global Shop ERP application, leading all implementation phases, from planning through to post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage Global Shop ERP application ownership
• Lead full lifecycle ERP project implementations
• Develop and manage implementation project plans




• Troubleshoot ERP application and integration issues
• Collaborate with internal IT and third-party vendors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
• 7-10 years of ERP system support experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on Global Shop experience
• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendors and teams
• Advanced troubleshooting and project management skills
