Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee entire RTW and Stay-at-Work initiatives
• Initiate contact with employees post-injury or illness

• Submit WCB documentation within deadlines
• Track case progress and address barriers
Requirements:
• 2–5 years' RTW coordination experience
• Robust knowledge of workers' compensation
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Solid attention to detail
• Certification in Disability Management is an asset
