Focus on enhancing safety and compliance across various homes.As a full time specialist, you will coordinate IPAC initiatives in the Simcoe, York, and Eastern Ontario regions, managing complex epidemiologic activities and developing comprehensive infection surveillance programs. By working closely with IPAC Leads, you will promote best practices and ensure adherence to health standards across the network.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement the IPAC program across multiple facilities
Design infection surveillance systems and manage outbreaks
Educate staff and provide best-practice recommendations




Conduct safety inspections and monitor compliance
Support occupational health initiatives and redevelopment projectsRequirements:
RN/RPN qualification or related healthcare degree
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or LTC-CIP is essential
