In this Server role, you will focus on providing exceptional dining service within our retirement residence. This includes serving meals, clearing tables, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, all while ensuring a pleasant setting and enhancing resident satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals professionally to residents and guests
• Explicit and set up dining tables as needed
• Assist with cleaning dishes post-service
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Engage in events and training programs
Requirements:
• Prior experience in food service and seniors care beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills needed
• Must be able to lift hot items regularly
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
• Must provide a current Vulnerable Position Screening or be willing to obtain
