Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety during swimming lessons and activities
• Identify potential risks and manage emergencies
• Inspect facility for safety and maintenance needs




• Create and implement engaging programming
• Maintain robust communication with community members and staff
Requirements:
• Experience with aquatic programs or lifeguarding preferred
• Certification as Swim Instructor or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Must be adaptable with scheduling
