Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a safety-first culture across projects
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Monitor safety compliance and address hazards
• Lead safety meeting arrangements
• Support the COR certification process
Requirements:
• CSO designation and 3+ years high-rise experience
• Understanding of BC WorkSafe regulations
• Ability to execute Job Hazard Analysis
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
