Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a solid foundation in leading crews. Excellent communication and a commitment to safety are essential for monitoring operations and achieving outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct the drilling crew on site.
Conduct protected mobilization and rig tear-down.
Assess drilling and equipment performance regularly.
Implement safety plans and respond to emergencies.
Drive accountability for crew output on rig.Requirements:
Hands-on experience with HDD rigs (Vermeer preferred).
Established leadership skills in field operations.
Physical fitness for outdoor work.
Safety tickets: GDII, PCST, CSTS 2020.
