You will lead multidisciplinary teams, enhance client relationships, and contribute to developing sustainable energy solutions across the region.Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead strategic initiatives to grow the region
Strengthen client and utility relationships
Manage major hydropower projects from inception
Guide team proposals and client interactions
Work with national leaders on strategic plansRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; P.Eng. required
15+ years of hydropower-dedicated expertise
Solid business development track record
Established industry relationships in Canada
