In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations of Community Inclusion programs while overseeing a team of Community Inclusion employees. Your responsibilities include developing personalized service plans, monitoring programs to ensure quality, and providing training support to employees. You will also work alongside Home Share Coordinators to ensure service excellence is maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:



• Attend procurements on Community Inclusion programs • Create community-based programs for supported persons • Manage recruitment and retention of Community Inclusion employees • Assist with Individualized Service Plan development • Monitor programs to meet regulatory guidelines

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent • Minimum three years in Community Inclusion or two in management • Solid communication skills and computer proficiency • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Ability to maintain confidentiality
