Synopsis of the role
The Director of Fraud Consulting will lead and oversee a group of Fraud consultants in relation to providing support and/or subject matter expertise to the sales function during all phases of the sales cycle (lead generation, assessment of client's needs, solutions design, proposal preparation, products/solutions presentations/training, and client support and relationship management throughout solution delivery/implementation). Additionally, the Director will display and provide thought leadership both internally and externally regarding the use and application of Fraud and Identity Solutions and data for competitive advantage. Roles in this function may also be involved in operational areas such as quota management, RFP response, account support, sales effectiveness and reporting. What You'll Do
Manage and lead a team of Fraud Consultants who consult with clients for fraud specialized solutions, with a goal of demonstrating innovative solutions and exceptional value-add to address the customer's objectives Develop and maintain senior level relationships whereby Equifax can be viewed as a trusted advisor, specific to industry trends, best practices, thought leadership and other relevant areas of interest Represent Equifax as a speaker and thought leader at key conferences, industry events and/or webinars. Direct experience on a number of Equifax solutions or direct industry technologies from pre-sales through to post-sales,
with known and proven results Proactively work closely with Sales Leaders to achieve full year revenue budgets/targets and position for long-term success Serve in an internal consulting support capacity for marketing and product development initiatives related to new solutions including pricing strategies, product positioning, industry assessment and internal training Provide coaching, training and oversight as needed for the consultants' job responsibilities including strategic account planning, client discovery, solution development, proposal writing, client presentations and project management Demonstrate mastery of Equifax fraud data and the process of transforming that data into consumable business intelligence and fully understand the changing economic and regulatory environment and present solutions that address current challenges What Experience you need
15+ years' relevant experience Minimum 7+ years experience in Pre-Sales roles within a client focused organization 10+ years experience within either Fraud, Digital Identity or Compliance roles At least 7+ years demonstrable experience as a people leader, ideally within a professional services / consulting setting Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field Exceptional business insight coupled with an ability to clearly articulate complex problems to many levels of audience and Strong project management skills What could set you apart
Curiosity to understand complex client problems MBA or Masters degree Solid Preference for designations in related disciplines, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Money Laundering (CAMS) This is an existing role Primary Location: CAN-Toronto-5700 Yonge Function: Function - Sales Support Schedule: Full time
