Region of Peel is seeking an Activation Therapist for the Long Term Care division, based in Brampton. This onsite role involves implementing therapeutic activities to meet residents’ social, emotional and physical needs within our Butterfly Model of Care.
You will conduct assessments, coordinate outreach, and collaborate with staff to deliver person-centered programs while maintaining accurate records and participating in ongoing education sessions.
