Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties
Supervise and coordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
Evaluate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
Ensure food services meeting quality standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit cost reports
Supervise and check delivery of food orders and tray assembly
Schedule work shifts for employees
