The position at Fisherman’s Market International Inc. requires a motivated individual to drive a 5-ton delivery truck and facilitate crucial deliveries. This full time role offers the chance to support the inside team by preparing shipments and ensuring the truck is always protected and operational. You'll be a vital part of our seafood logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect the truck each morning before deliveries
• Ensure protected deliveries to various designated locations
• Support packing and shipment preparations
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle
• Safely load and unload products from the truck
Requirements:
• Clean driving record with a Class 5 license
• Strong focus on detail and organization
• Knowledge of local Halifax routes
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Experience in local delivery is advantageous
