Duties
Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily kitchen operations with energy and precision
Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered consistently
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to support seamless kitchen operations
Support restaurant management by coordinating with front-of-house staff for smooth service flow
Train recent team members on food preparation techniques,



safety protocols, and service standards

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
Excellent team management and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience with restaurant management tasks such as inventory control and quality assurance
Skilled in food service operations including bartending and serving when needed
Exceptional communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management
