Job Duties include Conduct literature review aligned with the project’s scope Assist with data collection Support statistical analysis using SPSS and SEM Assist in preparing manuscripts for conference presentation and journal submission Position Requirements Currently enrolled in a graduate program (preference given to Business Administration students) Experience with HR data analytics Experience conducting data analysis using SPSS Experience performing literature reviews Knowledge of AI applications and tools Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range As Per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours Total 200 hoursfor the work term.
