Job Description Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and help translate them into user stories for development. Work with the stakeholders to get an understanding of the business/operations. Product Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Manager/ Business Partners on prioritizing and maintain the product backlog, ensuring a explicit roadmap for development based on business value and user priorities. Determine project goals. Create timelines, determine costs and resources required. Generate a detailed project plan with schedule mapping and tracking. Provide direction and coaching on project specific tasks.
Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with Technology/ Development/Vendor Product team/s to communicate requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure successful project execution. Work with our internal teams to identify & validate opportunities and develop a roadmap. Develop & implement processes for project teams to complete activities to current policies and practices; keep documentation organized; identify process improvements. Manage team to create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the processes and quality standards of the company. Manage risks and manage to avoid delays. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, Internal users, project stakeholders and technical/ product teams to manage expectations and address concerns. Support leadership communications. Work with stakeholders to develop the business case. Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in related field. Strong computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Windows. Good project planning, organizing, communication, team motivation and delegation skills. Ability to apply technical, business, and PM skills to manage complex, strategic projects. Proven track record of the successful management of complex, multifunctional projects/programs.
